- Position Overview This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position for a Junior Practitioner or Candidate Practitioner, subject to a 3-month probationary period. The successful candidate will be primarily based at our firm but may be seconded to a corporate client on an as-needed basis to provide legal support and advisory services. The role requires a strong foundation in corporate law and offers an opportunity to contribute to dynamic legal projects in a professional environment. Compensation is market-related and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications. Interview Process The selection process includes a comprehensive interview and assessment to evaluate candidates' suitability for the role. This comprises: A half-day assessment, which will include: (a) Demonstration of knowledge in company law through practical exercises or discussions. (b) A presentation on a given topic to a simulated boardroom setting or panel of assessors/candidates. (c) A written assessment focusing on company law, with potential inclusion of questions from other relevant fields of law. Requirements Must have obtained a LLB degree. Strong understanding of commerial law. Be confident and professional. Closing Dates: 27 October 2025
